If you're a CRO or a sales team, we bring over 25 years of sales coaching experience to the table. We focus on meeting the employee where they are and moving forward based on their individual strengths while coaching through areas of improvement. We will begin with assessing your teams’ performance and work to identify areas that need attention while reinforcing behaviors that lead to success.
Our goal is to increase each sales representative/director’s confidence by providing them with specific feedback to both identify and sharpen the skills they need to succeed. We believe what gets measured gets managed. We dig deep into what KPI’s are being monitored and why, focusing on both leading and lagging indicators to determine how to move the revenue needle north.
